How can I leave delivery instructions?
If a package qualifies for the Parceload Delivery Instructions™ service, you can tell us where to leave a package at your address, send it to a different address, or send it to your Post Office.
Click Change Delivery Instructions on the tracking results page to leave your request. If you do not see the Change Delivery Instructions link, your package is not eligible for the Delivery Instructions service.
No “Delivery Instructions” Link
There are several reasons a package may not be eligible for Delivery Instructions.
Ineligible packages may have:
- Already left the Post Office for delivery
- A Hold Mail request
- A Forward Mail request
- A military (APO/FPO) or DPO address
- An international sender
- A Delivery Signature request
- A Collect on Delivery (COD) request
- Insurance for $500 or more

Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number can be found in the following places:
- The shipping confirmation email you received from an online retailer
- Your Post Office™ shipping receipt
- Your sales receipt if you bought insurance at the Post Office™
- Your email confirmation if you shipped from ParceLoad.com

What can ParceLoad deliver and how far?
From 20′ pipe bundles to water heaters, or small pipe fittings to lumber, we deliver any item. With ParceLoad’s versatile fleet network, you can book the best vehicle to suit any delivery.
What priority delivery options do we offer?
There are 3 priority options when booking a delivery:

Rush
This is our fastest option.
We assign a driver right after booking. It is our expectation that the driver will pick up the items and proceed directly to the drop-off location. Rush deliveries have our standard pricing based on the vehicle type you choose and mileage.

Scheduled
This option is great when you have to coordinate narrow windows of time.
These are Rush deliveries that have been scheduled in advance. Just like Rush deliveries, our expectation is that the driver picks up the items and proceeds directly to the drop-off location. These also have our standard pricing based on the vehicle type you choose and mileage. Note: The scheduled time is when you would like the driver to arrive at the pickup location.

Same Day
This option is great when you have the flexibility for a wider delivery window.
We offer discounted pricing if you choose a flexible pickup and delivery time. For example, if you choose a pickup for after 10 AM, we will deliver by 3 PM.
Delivery by 3 PM
Choose pickup after 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM or 10 AM
Delivery by 5 PM

Choose a pickup after 11 AM or 12 PM. We offer discounted pricing if you choose a pickup window with delivery within 8 hours of the start of the pickup window. For example, if you choose the 6 AM to 9 AM window, we will deliver by 2 PM.
What do I do if my cargo is lost or damaged?
Note: Declaring a value for your shipment while booking a delivery helps expedite your claim in the event of lost or damaged items.
Does the driver help load or unload my package?
When you book, you have the option to indicate if loading/unloading is required of the driver. You will find this option on the Orders page while booking.
Please note:
If selected, drivers will load and unload by hand. Drivers cannot operate our customers’ equipment to load or unload.
Drivers are not expected to manually lift individual items greater than 50 lbs.
Heavy loads may incur additional loading/unloading fees if these are required.
For the smooth and safe delivery of heavier items:
Have the appropriate staff and loading equipment at the pickup location to properly load the delivery vehicle.
Notify your customer at the drop-off location to have the appropriate staff or unloading equipment to unload the payload.
Provide an accurate manifest to best inform the driver of the delivery requirements.

Customers have the ability to toggle on and off SMS and Email correspondence.
Can ParceLoad deliver to a location without an address?
Yes! Whether it’s a new construction site or a specific location on a large property, we can make it happen.
Our pinpoint feature allows you to quickly and easily have a driver deliver to unique coordinates. Here’s how:

Log in to your ParceLoad account at https://parceload.com/my-account/

Click the map type selector in the upper right section of your screen and select Satellite or Hybrid

Drag and zoom to your desired location

Click on the crosshairs next to either the pickup or drop-off location

Place your cursor above the desired location and click
Note: The exact coordinates will be shared with your driver.
Hazmat Delivery
We often get asked at ParceLoad if we can make deliveries that involve hazardous materials or “HazMat”. Our driver network can capably deliver paint and HVAC materials (<1000lbs) every day, with limited hands-on involvement from your Account Manager.
Therefore, your delivery can be scheduled through the Curri app or website.
Other HazMat Materials
Please contact your Account Manager at info@parceload.com if you need to schedule the delivery of hazardous materials other than paint or HVAC material. Our team will evaluate your specific needs and match you with a carrier that has all qualifications required under applicable regulations to handle your delivery safely and professionally.
Federal law distinguishes nine distinct categories of Hazmat.

It can be tricky to know if the regulations apply; sometimes, even common materials like fuels, cleaners, fertilizer compounds, paint, freon, chlorine, and ammonium nitrate fertilizers are considered HazMat materials.

What is required to be a driver?
To become a driver with ParceLoad, you must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Identification: Possess a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Social Security Number (SSN), or Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Auto Insurance: Maintain a current auto insurance policy that meets the requirements of your state.
Driver’s License: Hold a valid and current U.S. driver’s license.
Background Check: Successfully pass ParceLoad’s background check.
Please note that a provisional license does not fulfill our driver requirements.
Background Check Process and Requirements
ParceLoad runs checks on both motor vehicle and criminal records when engaging a new driver. The following criteria are likely to disqualify a candidate:
- Major moving violations (e.g., DUIs)
- Felonies
- Multiple moving violations (e.g., many speeding tickets)
- Distracted driving/cell phone violations
The average turnaround time for Criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks to clear is typically 48 hours or less, although it may extend beyond 48 hours in some cases due to various factors.
The background check process adheres to a combination of legal requirements and company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing delivery network drivers, as well as internal safety standards.
Please be aware that applicable laws governing background check criteria vary significantly by state. As a result, individuals may be disqualified based on different criminal offenses and driving histories depending on their location.
What's expected of me when driving with ParceLoad?
When you drive with Curri you are representing our customers (suppliers) to their customers (builders).
The construction industry runs on deadlines, so drivers are expected to arrive on time for deliveries. It’s important to communicate ASAP via Help Request if there are any issues, delays, or cancellations.
General Expectations:
- Always keep your tracking active in the driver app while on a delivery. This allows customers and Curri to keep up to date on the delivery’s status.
- There may be hand loading and/or unloading items up to 100 lbs during deliveries. Hand loading and unloading over 100 lbs will be noted and compensated for.
- Customers require drivers to have closed shoes and long pants.
- Vehicle cargo areas must be clear and fully available.
- Once you are assigned a delivery, read all of the directions or notes provided in the driver app to ensure you are properly prepared.
- It’s important to leave for deliveries as soon as you’re assigned.
- If an issue arises, it’s important to reach out to the Customer or Curri’s Service Operations Team.
How do I update my phone number
Here’s how to change the phone number associated with your driver profile:
- Tap the Menu Icon on the top left of your driver app
- Tap your name
- Select the pen icon on the top right corner of your profile
- Update your phone number and click “Save”.
If you are unable to access your account to update your number, contact our Support via info@parceload.com or by tapping the chat button at the bottom right of the screen.
Driver Profile: Vehicle, Accessories, Capabilities.
Include your capabilities and accessories in your ParceLoad driver profile to better meet delivery requirements. This leads to more accurate matches and potentially more deliveries!
Adding capabilities and accessories to your profile is easy:

How much and when will I get paid?
How Delivery Payouts are Determined
How much a delivery pays is visible in the ParceLoad driver app before accepting the gig. The payout for each delivery is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

Number of miles

Vehicle type requested

Size of the load
-
Market conditions (e.g., local regulations, demand patterns, gas prices)
The larger the vehicle, the longer the distance, the higher the payout.
When Drivers are Paid
After completing a delivery, drivers can see their pending payout in the “earnings” screen in the driver app menu. Multi-stop deliveries appear in earnings at the end of the day, once all deliveries have been completed.
Payouts will automatically be deposited to drivers’ bank accounts in 0-3 business days.
An instant payout option is available for drivers using a debit card for payout.
If you do not see the “earnings” section of the app, you need to get the newest version.
Setup Account for Payouts
You can use either a checking account or a debit card for direct deposit.
1. Click the Menu Icon on the top left of your driver app.
2. Click “Profile”.
3. Select the pen icon on the top right corner of “Payout Method”
4. Enter your debit or bank account information in the “Your Payment Methods” section.
5. Fill out the form with your information.
Payout Increases
Payouts are based on multiple different factors including market conditions such as traffic and weather. Payouts also automatically include wait time and tolls and sometimes will also include unloading/loading pay.
Additional pay can be requested for the following reasons. All requests will be reviewed by our team for approval before additional pay is processed.

*Please note that tolls on the most efficient route between delivery points are automatically included in the original payout. We only adjust toll compensation if the route changes due to a significant change in destination. Toll reimbursements must be requested within 48 hours of delivery completion.
What can’t I get paid for?

Wait time under 30 minutes

An extra order/item is added (unless significant weight difference)

Additional mileage or costs due to traffic, weather conditions, etc.
What should I wear on a delivery?
Many of ParceLoad’s deliveries go to warehouses, construction sites, or job sites. Our customers rely on you to provide a professional, safe experience for all parties.
Good safety practices are important for a job well done.
Recommended dress code:

Work pants

Polos, button-down work shirts, or work-appropriate t-shirts recommended.
Some deliveries may require additional personal protective equipment (PPE). You will be notified ahead of time if you need any of the following:

Gloves
If there are any issues with PPE requirements at a pickup or drop-off location, please contact the Service Operations Team immediately.
Other tips:

Avoid sandals, open-toed shoes, and shorts.

Avoid clothing displaying profanity, sexual content, or drug paraphernalia.
Delivery canceled or unassigned from a delivery
Canceled or Unassigned
If you receive a notification that the delivery has been canceled or that you have been unassigned from a delivery:

The customer canceled the delivery and it is no longer available.
-
The delivery parameters have changed and no longer match your vehicle or profile capabilities.
If a ParceLoad Team member has unassigned you and it was not due to underperformance, this unassignment will not impact your score and you may be compensated.
Self Unassignment
A driver self unassigment is when a driver unassigns themselves from a delivery that they had claimed. Self unassignments delay deliveries for our customers. Due to this, self unassignments negatively impact Driver Scores and result in an account violation.
If necessary, select “I am no longer able to fulfill this delivery” within the delivery details to self-unassign.
